Hey Friend! That is one badass cuppa! No wonder you couldn’t sleep. That was no wimpy herbal whiff, that was industrial brew!

Sending good thoughts your way on your great adventure.

    Hugs,

    Marilyn.

  2. Lynn Lau Says:

    Hi Marilyn!

Oh, I know! I’ve ruefully had to switch to herbal teas only, but in the company with friends regular (good) tea must be had, and man they pack a punch!

(. . . It really is quite impossible to convince folks you’re tough when you get caffeinated over tea.)

Thank you! Fingers crossed all goes well! (*hugs*)

  3. Nell Says:

Good luck on your trip and hopefully it won’t be totally eventful, but lately border crossing got a lot more complicated. Sheesh.

All that paper work for the LITTLE you were taking…. *looks around* I’d have to write a book.

  4. Lynn Lau Says:

Thanks, Nell! Yeah, dealing with border folks can be an adventure (oh, the many tales I could tell. . .). That’s why I’ve been extra meticulous in all my paperwork — and dude, you guys haven’t even seen what I *really* have. Paper up to *here.* I joke that I’m going to be one of the most well-documented people they come across. (*grin*)

(Fortunately, border folks are as a rule friendlier and more smooth-flowing when they see you leaving the county, as compared to when you’re coming in. *wry*)
